M-standard

Hydrotilt QuickChange™ is a fully automatic quick coupler system, especially developed for Hydrotilt tilt motors, buckets, hydraulic hammers and all sorts of different tools. This means that you can change hydraulic tools without leaving the cab.

Hydrotilt machine couplers provide a perfect combination of wear resistance, optimised excavation geometry and safety and they minimize the risk of loose or dropped tools thanks to the HydroLock™ safety solution incorporated in the couplers.

A series of safety-enhancing design solutions, the integration with HydroLock™ and the potential to change tools without leaving the cab gives you confident safety – even if you lose hydraulic pressure.

A heavy-duty locking mechanism made from billet steel gives you a quick coupler completely free of play. The whole assembly is well protected and only with few component parts.

The quick coupler has an optimised opening and closing path with visual lock control.

S-standard

Symmetrical quick-couplers (S-standard) is the industry standard for excavators.

S-Standard is designed to create an advanced quick coupler for machine owners, excavator manufacturers and work tool manufacturers.

The key advantages for owners of S-standard excavators are the low quick-coupler height. The coupler is wide and stable design, relatively low weight and above all, a maintenance-free quick-coupler compared to many competing quick-couplers available on the market.

S-Standard is a quick coupler, which ensures the highest safety standards for the operator of the machine as well as for other personnel present near the machine.

The purpose of S-standard quick exchanges:

  • Create a standard that is safe, user-friendly and aligned with international standards, such as EN474 and upcoming ISO13031.
  • Create a competitive and open industry standard that is not controlled by just one manufacturer.
  • Create a design that allows for cost-effective retrofitting.
  • Create a design suitable for incorporation into tiltrotator applications.
  • To create a system that allows the future installation of fully automated systems for hydraulic assemblies with and without electrical connections.
  • Have a design supported by manufacturers of work tools.

Verachtert CW

CW has been the solution for the universal and quick exchange of all types of work tools within a certain machine class. With the CW quick change system you are assured of greater efficiency, cost savings and time savings. Each quick coupler is supplied in a mechanical or hydraulic version, fully tailored to your excavator. The coupling shafts of the quick coupler are machined to ensure a backlash-free fit.
